I carried you for nine months,
Gave birth to you one day,
One of the best days ever.
You were beautiful…

You slept on my chest ,

You were full of giggles…

I rocked you at night,
Walked the floor for hours,
When you had an earache.

You took your first steps,

Gymnastics meet

We went to the Gymbacks gymnastics meet tonight. the kids enjoyed it. Cody really liked it. Kaitlen was in awe with what the girls could do. So was thomas actually, lol.

The kids kept wanting to go by daddy. First matthew then kaitlen and then when Cody wanted too I decided it was time to go home. The first Officer is Mahan, a real nice guy. Then Thomas and behind Thomas is Ben.

I made chicken and dumplings for dinner so I took some for Ben and Gabe but Ben said he would eat it when he got home. Gabe was happy and surprised to get his.

6 yrs ago!!

I POAS and found out i was pg with Kaitlen. I was 2 weeks late and didn't want to do it on Valentines Day so I waited till the next day. Who wants to get a negative on Valentines day?? Well i obviously got a positive test!!!

Purple nurples?!?!

LOL, im listening to the cartoon on TV and the kid is yelling Purple Nurples really fast and its starting to sound like Purple Nipples, wth. Now........ I'll take a purple hooter!!!!!!!!!

Vday lunch and party

We had lunch with Cody at school. The chicken nuggets were heart shaped. Gross but cute.

Pray for this little girl

My mom called me last night and her husbands 5 year old granddaughter had a lump in her breast and they removed it a while ago and are just now finding out that it was cancerous. She now has to have her breast removed. I don't know anything else that they will be doing for treatment.
Her name is Rayna.

Two more Officers

Officer Tom Ballman and Sergeant William Biggs were shot and killed when a suspect opened fire at a Kirkwood city council meeting. The man had held a grudge against the city council for several years and had filed several lawsuits against the city.The suspect approached Sergeant Biggs across the street from the city hall and asked him what time the meeting started, then pulled out a handgun and shot fatally shot him in the head. The man then took Sergeant Biggs' service weapon and walked across the street into the city hall.When he entered the council chambers he approached Officer Ballman, who was sitting in the front of the room, and also fatally shot him in the head. The man then opened fire on the other occupants of the room, killing two council members and the director of public works before being shot and killed by two other officers.

I don't even know what to say, WTH is going on.

Ben is sick and actually had to take a sick day. Here he is infecting loving our other kids.

Codes class gets to make their own V-day box. any way they want! So Cody made a plane with shark teeth. I asked him if he wanted to put Air Shark on the back and he said no, he already put Air Force on the side.

Abbie had to get in the mess of it too. She's turning into a regular Matthew.

She's yours. She was playing in the box and then fell over and started crying so I got her set back up and it was to late. She lost control, LOL.

15 years ago

My Brother-in-Law David Conner was over in Somalia when he was in an accident. My sister was in New York with my then almost 5 month old nephew Brandon. She calls to let us know. Davids brother Greg went to New York and the 3 of them came back to Ca. On Feb 13th my 18 y/o sister had to sign papers to have her 19 y/o husband removed from life support because he is brain dead. On Feb 15th David dies. On Feb 22nd we have his funeral. One of his friends in the military escorted David home. Davids services were at The Crystal Cathedral performed by Dr. Robert Schuller. David was buried next to his father who died a couple years earlier.

Officer Randy Simmons was shot and killed as he and other members of the Los Angeles SWAT Team made entry into a home at approximately 12:30 am. The team had been deployed to the home after a suspect inside called 911 and claimed to have murdered three family members.

As the team entered, the suspect opened fire, striking Officer Simmons and a second officer. Both officers were immediately transported to Northridge Medical Center, where Officer Simmons succumbed to his wounds approximately 30 minutes later.

Officer Simmons had served with the Los Angeles Police Department for 27 years. He is survived by his wife, two children, parents, and three sisters.

* A very sad day for LAPD, Los Angeles in general. Just think. That wife kissed her husband off to work. Kids said see ya later Dad. Then some supid criminal takes him away.

You know what ticks me off. MSN had this story on their front page for a 1/2 a day, but if he had been in a "beating" they, the media would have covered it a whole lot longer and made sure he looked like a bad person.
