That's hilarious! Must be a new code, bc I pulled out my ICD-9 and it skips from V69.3 to V69.8 ... however, I did not that it fell into the same category with "lack of physical exercise", "Inappropriate diet and eating habits", and "self-damaging behavior" (does this include workaholism??) ... hmmm ... I'm starting to see a pattern here. Jeff will be thrilled to hear that I now have a DIAGNOSIS!!!
I ashamed to say im using an old ICD9 book ('04, yep from class :oO ) and it's not in there, but it was in our system when i was processing the claim. I will say that my HCPCS and CPT are '07's. Would it be safe to say you have multiple Dx's... a serial "Lacker"...
My name is Lisa and i'm a serial lacker...... lol oh, the can't spell would be a 'late effect' of the lack of adequate sleep, lol
