I got the call from best buy that it's all done. they were able to retrieve my pics. I go pick them up today. Now if i had a computer to put them on. Ordering online was easy but the wait while they put the darn thing together is killing me. Though my printer is on its way, actually its an all-in-one. printer, scanner, copier. hope its decent because it was pretty cheap
