December 2007 Storm - Oregon Coast, Astoria

This is were my sister lives. They were without power for 6 days and no phone for 4 or 5. The only thing she could do was text me. I felt so bad for them. The gas line you see in the photos was a 3 hour wait. My sister thankfully has a generator, but many did not. i know winds reached 120+ mph, but im not sure what the sustained winds were.
