I had no idea!! I definitely think that a trip to our favorite Filipino restaurant is in order. Maybe I'll actually attempt to make biko. Show the kids the Philippines online. Share with them where 1/4 of their heritage is from.Betty and Bill should be here. Isn't that what grandparents are for. They would have been telling the kids about it the whole time.
