i had Jackie put the phone up to moms ear so i could talk to her. I told I loved her that i am glad we had those couple days together and I love her, love her, love her.
Jackie said she didn't open her eyes but that she could see them moving under her eyelids. She heard me and responded to me

I'm praying too ... I know the pain I felt being right there holding my mom's hand as she slipped away, and I just have to tell you that I can't even imagine what you're going through being several states away. I seriously cannot imagine ...
